Privacy Policy

The short version

Stockist Ledger does not require an account, show advertising, use analytics, or send your business records to Small Craft Apps. Stockists, products, placements, settlements, and settings remain in the app’s private local storage unless you choose to export them.

Information stored on your device

The app stores the business profile and contact details you enter, stockist contacts and terms, product pricing and inventory, placement records, settlement records, notes, and stock adjustments. Small Craft Apps cannot access this local information.

Purchases

Apple processes Stockist Ledger Pro purchases. The app receives transaction and entitlement information needed to offer, verify, unlock, and restore Pro. Small Craft Apps does not receive your payment-card number. Apple’s privacy policy governs App Store transactions.

Notifications

If you turn on Payout reminders, the app requests notification permission and schedules reminders locally on your device from unpaid settlement due dates. Stockist Ledger does not use notifications for advertising and does not send reminder data to Small Craft Apps.

Exports, backups, and imports

When you create a PDF, CSV, or JSON backup, the file is prepared locally. You decide whether and where to share or save it using Apple’s system interface. The privacy practices of that destination apply. When you restore a backup, the selected file is read locally into the app.

Links and email

The app includes specific links to support, privacy, terms, and email. Opening one transfers control to the corresponding website or system app. If you contact support, Small Craft Apps receives the information you choose to send and uses it to answer your request.

Deletion and retention

Choose Settings → Delete all local data to remove the workspace stored by the app on that device. Deleting the app also removes its local data, subject to device backups and exported files you control. Small Craft Apps has no server copy of your ledger to delete.

Children

Stockist Ledger is a business utility and is not directed to children under 13.

Changes

If the app’s data practices materially change, this policy will be updated before or with the relevant release and its effective date will change.
