Privacy Policy
Effective August 5, 2026
The short version
CleanMargin does not require an account, show advertising, use analytics, or send your business and client records to Small Craft Apps. Your settings, quotes, and job results remain in the app’s private local storage unless you choose to export or share them.
Information stored on your device
The app stores the business details and pricing settings you enter; optional client names, contact details, and addresses; quote scopes, prices, statuses, and notes; and completed-job labor, cost, revenue, and tip information. Small Craft Apps cannot access this local information.
Purchases
Apple processes CleanMargin Pro purchases. The app receives transaction and entitlement information needed to offer, verify, unlock, and restore Pro. Small Craft Apps does not receive your payment-card number. Apple’s privacy policy governs App Store transactions.
PDFs, CSV files, and backups
When you create a PDF quote, CSV export, or JSON backup, the file is prepared locally. You decide whether and where to share or save it using Apple’s system interface. The privacy practices of the destination you choose then apply.
Links and email
The app includes specific links to support, privacy, terms, and email. Opening one transfers control to the corresponding website or system app. If you contact support, Small Craft Apps receives the information you choose to send and uses it to answer your request.
Deletion and retention
Delete an individual quote from the Quotes screen or choose Settings → Erase all local data to remove the app’s records from that device. Deleting the app also removes its local data, subject to device backups and exported files you control. Small Craft Apps has no server copy of your CleanMargin records to delete.
Children
CleanMargin is a business utility and is not directed to children under 13.
Changes
If the app’s data practices materially change, this policy will be updated before or with the relevant release and its effective date will change.
