Open Settings and enter your own hourly revenue target, labor cost, minimum job price, supply percentage, overhead, target margin, tax, and recurring discounts. These values stay editable.

Open New Quote, choose the service and frequency, describe the home, select the condition and add-ons, and optionally add client details. The suggested price and margin update immediately.
Share a quote PDF
Pro users can open a saved quote and choose Share professional PDF. CleanMargin creates the document locally, then opens Apple’s share sheet so you choose the destination.
Record the job result
Open an accepted quote, choose Record completed job, and enter actual labor, supplies, other costs, final revenue, and tip. The Job Profit tab compares actual and estimated results.
Restore CleanMargin Pro
Open Settings and tap Restore Purchase while signed into the Apple Account that bought Pro. A purchase restoration is separate from restoring exported business data.
Export or delete data
Pro users can export JSON and CSV from Settings. Delete a quote from its detail screen or use Erase all local data to remove records stored by the app on that device.
